Beyond a calendar: advanced booking workflows in AACore Booking
By AACore Team
Advanced appointment booking software should do more than put a time on a calendar. For a service business, the difficult part is often what surrounds that time: helping a customer choose the right service, handling an on-site address or recurring visit, agreeing on a quote, and keeping the customer and payment record connected. AACore Booking brings those steps into a web-based platform. Here is what that means in the current product.
A customer can start with a question, not a form
On a business page with AACore AI enabled, a customer can describe the service, preferred professional, and timing in a chat. The assistant helps prepare the booking and presents details for review. The customer confirms the appointment. This is customer-facing AI assistance, not a claim that the software independently makes an irreversible booking decision. See the AACore AI booking guide for the step-by-step flow.
Different kinds of work need different booking paths
A haircut, a lawn-care visit, and a job requiring an estimate do not start the same way. AACore Booking supports in-store and on-site services, one-time and recurring appointments, and customer quote requests that can lead to an offer and scheduled work. A customer can provide an address and visit notes when the selected service requires travel. For repeat work, the customer can review the proposed series before confirming. These are separate paths within a connected system, not one generic calendar form.
See the guides for on-site appointments, recurring services, and quotes and offers. The right path depends on how the business has configured its services and availability.
The business sees more than a booking notification
On the owner side, the business dashboard brings together appointments, customer records, professional schedules, service setup, quotes, invoices, and notifications. A small team can use role-based access and individual availability. An owner can inspect appointment details and customer history instead of reconstructing a conversation from messages scattered across tools. The dashboard overview shows the main areas.
Work can continue through invoice and payment
After the service or agreed job, the business can create an invoice with line items, provide a PDF, and track its status. When Stripe is connected, customers can pay eligible invoices by card and receive the applicable payment confirmation. Processing fees may apply. See how invoicing works and what the customer sees when paying.
Advanced does not mean every idea is live
The current Features page labels voice booking and management and Gift Cards as coming soon. AACore AI's demonstrated text-based customer booking is current, while future voice capabilities should not be treated as available today. Likewise, whether a workflow fits your business should be established by testing the actual service, location, staffing, and payment setup you plan to use.
Test the full journey, not a feature checklist
Choose one common customer scenario. For example, use a listed in-store service, an on-site visit with an address, or a job that starts with a quote. Follow it from the public page into the business dashboard and, where relevant, into the invoice. That complete test reveals more than asking whether the product has AI or recurring bookings. Explore the current product screens and demo businesses to see the workflows yourself.
