How to book an on-site service at your address
By AACore Team
Not every appointment happens at a shop. Lawn care, cleaning, mobile detailing, and other services happen where the customer needs the work. AACore Booking supports on-site booking so the visit address is part of the appointment.
Watch an on-site booking from start to finish
This lawn care tutorial follows a single on-site booking through service selection, scheduling, the customer address, confirmation, and the business appointment view.
A business can offer work at its own location, at the customer's location, or both, depending on its configuration. Choose the service and location mode the business actually offers.
Book a single on-site visit
- Open the business's booking website and choose an on-site service.
- Select the professional when offered, then an available date and time.
- Enter the service street address, city, state, and ZIP code in the location fields.
- Add helpful access or parking notes when the form offers a notes field.
- Review the service, On-site location, exact date and time, price, and any deposit instructions.
- Read and accept the business's booking policy, then select Complete Booking when everything is correct.
Make the address useful to the service provider
Use the address where the work will take place. A business's public address is not a substitute for the customer's service location. Check apartment or unit details when applicable, and provide clear practical directions without putting access codes or other sensitive details into a public message.
After booking, inspect the confirmation and saved appointment. The business view gives the provider the visit information needed to prepare for the job. If the address or schedule is wrong, contact the business or use the management options available for the appointment.
Is this a quote or a recurring service?
On-site describes the location, not the pricing or repeat schedule. A fixed-price service may follow the direct booking flow. Work marked quotable follows a request-and-offer process first. A recurring option, when available, adds a schedule of repeat visits.
Submitting a quote request does not reserve a time, and choosing an on-site location does not automatically create recurring appointments or pay a deposit.
What does the business see?
The business can open the appointment to review the customer, service location, schedule, and assigned services. Staff should check the saved address in the relevant details view, especially when an appointment was created from a quote.
Continue with quote requests and offers or recurring appointments when those workflows fit the job.
