How to book recurring appointments in AACore Booking

By AACore Team

Regular lawn care, repeat cleaning, and other ongoing services are easier to plan when customers can review a series of visits together. AACore Booking's recurring option lets customers choose a repeat pattern and preview the resulting schedule before booking.

Recurring describes how often the service repeats. It is separate from whether the work happens in-store or at the customer's location. Available repeat choices depend on the booking flow and service.

Create a recurring booking

  1. Open the business website, choose the service, and select the first available date and time.
  2. Enable Make this a recurring appointment when it is offered.
  3. Set Repeat every and Occurrences using the available choices.
  4. Select Preview schedule to see the visits the pattern creates.
  5. For on-site work, enter the service address and any useful access notes.
  6. Review the schedule and business policy. Choose Accept Policy and Complete Booking when the details are correct.

Check the whole series, not just the first visit

Read every generated date and time. Check the professional or assignment, location, and any listed exceptions. If a visit does not fit your plans, resolve it before confirming instead of assuming the system will move it automatically.

After completing the flow, check the saved appointments and their statuses. The business can open Appointment Details > Recurring series to review the visits together.

Does recurring booking mean a subscription charge?

A repeat appointment schedule is not, by itself, an automatic subscription payment arrangement. Review the prices, deposit requirements, and payment instructions displayed by the business.

Can I change one visit?

Read the scope of the action shown before changing or cancelling anything. An action for one occurrence is different from an action covering the entire series. The business's cancellation rules still matter for each applicable appointment.

If a date is unavailable or the preview is not what you expected, use the options shown or contact the business. Do not assume every repeat frequency or number of occurrences is supported.

For visits at the customer's address, also read the on-site booking guide.
