AACore Booking Business Dashboard: where to manage daily work
By AACore Team
The Business Dashboard connects the day-to-day work of a service business with the setup of its customer website. Start here to manage appointments and requests, then use the appropriate setup area when a public detail or booking rule needs changing.
Watch the Business Dashboard tour
See where to manage daily work and where Site Configuration belongs. Use the written guide below to find the right tool for each task.
Open the correct dashboard
Open the profile menu and select Business Dashboard. My Dashboard is the customer's view. If an account has access to more than one business, check the business name before editing records or settings. Team members may see fewer tools than the owner.
Manage daily work under Business
- Appointments: review the calendar, filter visits, open details, and create appointments for customers who call or walk in.
- Quote Requests: discuss job details, send offers, and schedule appointments from accepted requests.
- Invoices: create and manage customer payment documents and their status.
- Customers: search records and review customer history.
- Services: manage the actual catalog, including categories, prices, durations, and quote-based work.
- Closures: manage exceptions such as holidays or time off that override regular availability.
Site Configuration is the website setup area
Under Site > Site Configuration, review the sections that shape the customer experience:
- Business Profile: identity, description, public URL, contact information, contact form, and social links.
- Business Hours: timezone, opening and closing times, and Closed days. These hours also appear on the website.
- Branding Studio: logo, appearance, gallery, and logo link behavior.
- Online Payments: Stripe setup and connection status.
- Policies & Messages: cancellation rules, applicable deposit settings, and customer appointment instructions.
The Services & Categories tab inside Site Configuration handles service-location/classification setup. Use the main Services area to edit the catalog itself.
Set up the team and check the customer result
Under Team, use Personnel and Roles and Access to manage who can perform services and who can use each management tool. Under Site, Testimonials is a separate area.
Use My Website or the setup preview to review the public result. Check both desktop and phone layouts after changing customer-facing information. A good routine is to review appointments and quotes first, then maintain the catalog and website as the business changes.
For the complete website setup sequence, read the Site Configuration walkthrough.
