Set up your AACore Booking business website: Site Configuration walkthrough

By AACore Team

Your public booking page should answer the questions a customer has before making an appointment: Who is the business? What services are available? Where does the work happen? When is the business open? How can the customer book or get in touch?

Site Configuration brings those decisions into one setup area.

Open Site Configuration

From the business workspace, open Site and then Site Configuration. Work through each tab in order, save the settings, and use Preview before sharing the page.

Business Profile

Enter the business name, business email, official website when available, and the AACore Booking short name. The short name becomes part of the public booking link.

Keep the Contact Form and Social Links settings with Business Profile. Show contact form controls the public Contact Us form. Add the social accounts you want customers to see; leaving a social field blank hides its corresponding icon. Logo Link Behavior is configured in Branding Studio.

Services and Categories

Review the service location selected during registration. Confirm in-store, on-site, or both based on how the business actually serves customers.

Select the categories and subcategories that best match the services. Accurate categories help customers understand the business and support service discovery.

Business Hours

Select the correct time zone, mark closed days, and set the opening and closing times for each open day. The copy control can carry the previous day's hours forward when the schedule repeats.

For a solo business, these hours can also serve as the standard schedule. A business with multiple professionals should also review individual work schedules.

Branding Studio

Upload the logo, choose readable typography, select a theme color, and add relevant photos. AACore Booking supports a gallery of up to six images in the demonstrated workflow. Arrange the images so the strongest and most useful image appears first.

Use the live preview to check how the selected typography and color work together before saving.

Online Payment

The Online Payment tab shows the payment setup status and provides a path to connect a Stripe Express account when needed. The platform handles the connection to the AACore environment.

Card processing is handled through the connected Stripe setup. AACore Booking does not store customer card numbers in the application.

Policies and Messages

Set the cancellation window and review the policy shown to customers. Deposit settings are disabled until Online Payments has been set up through Stripe. After setup, review the deposit amount and the payment window for standard bookings. Quote-created appointments have a separate deposit workflow.

Enable Customer Appointment Message for a practical customer instruction. It appears in the appointment summary and confirmation email; it is not a private staff note.

QR code and Preview

Generate the QR code for the public booking page. It can be used on permissioned printed materials such as business cards and flyers. Test the code before printing.

Click Preview and review the page as a customer. Confirm the information, theme, social links, services, hours, contact options, and booking path.

Complete a customer test

Configuration is finished only after the customer flow works. Complete a test booking and verify the appointment record and expected email notifications.

Create your AACore Booking business account and begin setting up a public page customers can understand and use.

Where customers see your settings

  • Business description and contact details: the public website introduction and contact area.
  • Contact form and social links: the public Contact Us form and social icons, controlled together under Business Profile.
  • Operating Hours and Closed: the website hours display and relevant booking availability.
  • Logo, theme, and gallery: the customer website appearance and photo gallery.
  • Logo Link Behavior: when enabled in Branding Studio, clicking the public logo opens the Website address entered in Business Profile. That external address is different from the AACore Public URL.
  • Custom Cancellation Policy: the customer-facing booking policy. Keep its wording consistent with the actual cutoff and deposit controls.
  • Customer Appointment Message: the appointment summary and confirmation email.
