How to book an appointment with AACore AI

By AACore Team

Know what you want to book, but do not want to work through every selection separately? On a business website with AACore AI enabled, you can describe the services, person, and day you prefer. The assistant helps prepare the appointment; you review the details and make the final booking decision.

This short salon demonstration shows customers describing a request, selecting a time, reviewing the details, and confirming. The written guide below explains the process in more detail.

This works with the business's available services and team. A nail salon is one example; AACore Booking also supports other service businesses with their own catalogs and booking settings.

Start from the business you want to visit

  1. Open that business's AACore Booking website and select Ask AACore AI. The assistant's name is AACore AI.
  2. To see the team first, type See Professionals. Choose from the people shown for that business.
  3. Describe your request. For example: “I would like a gel pedicure and dipping manicure with Nathan next Monday, if possible.” Use services and professionals that the business actually offers.
  4. Read the reply. If a service, person, or date is wrong, clarify it in the same conversation. An explicit calendar date can help when “next Monday” is ambiguous.

Select a time without typing everything again

When the reply offers available times as buttons, click or tap the time you want. You do not need to repeat your whole request. If the offered times do not work, continue the conversation to explore the options available.

Review, then confirm

Check every requested service, the assigned professional, exact date and time, duration, total, and service location. Read any deposit requirements and cancellation policy. For on-site work, make sure the visit address is correct.

Select Confirm and Book only when the summary matches your request. Then check the resulting confirmation and saved appointment status. Review the confirmation email when it arrives. A chat reply or selected time alone is not a completed appointment.

What if the assistant misses part of my request?

Tell it what needs changing before confirming. For a multi-service visit, make sure both services appear in the final summary. You can also use the business's standard booking flow when you prefer to make selections directly.
