1. Visit the business page

The customer begins on the business's AACore Booking page. The page can show business information, services, operating hours, contact options, and the entry point for appointment booking.

2. Browse and select services

Customers can review the available services and categories. They can optionally mark frequently used services as favorites so those services are easier to find on future visits.

Selecting a service starts the booking flow. The customer can select one or more services for the same appointment when the business setup supports that combination.

3. Review the cart

The cart shows the selected services. The customer can confirm the choices or remove an item before continuing. Continue to Next Step from the cart or the main selection page.

4. Choose a professional

When a business has multiple professionals, the customer can choose who will provide each service. The demonstrated flow can support one professional for all selected services or different professionals.

For a solo freelancer or one-person business, this step is skipped.

5. Select a date and time

Choose the desired date, then select an available time slot. The available times are based on the business and professional schedules configured for the selected services.

For an on-site service, provide the required service address and relevant visit notes when prompted.

6. Review the appointment

The summary page brings the selected services, professionals, date, time, location, and other booking details together. The customer can add an optional note to the business.

Read the cancellation policy before accepting it. The policy is controlled by the business and should be reviewed before completing the booking.

7. Complete the booking

After checking the summary, select Complete Booking. A successful booking directs the customer to the Customer Dashboard.

The dashboard shows the newly booked appointment and previous appointments when available. Customers can also add the appointment to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.

8. Check the confirmation

The customer receives an email notification with the appointment details. Review the date, time, service, business information, and any customer instructions. Contact the business if a correction is needed.

A better booking experience begins with accurate setup

The customer flow depends on the business keeping services, durations, schedules, professionals, locations, and policies current. Businesses should complete a test booking whenever those settings change materially.
