Create a business account and prepare your booking website

Setting up a service business online involves more than creating a login. AACore Booking brings the business profile, service catalog, booking rules, and hosted customer website into one setup process.

An auto detailing business is one example. The same platform accommodates other service businesses, with their own services, locations, team, and operating hours.
Prepare the business and owner details
Have the business name, proposed public short name, address, service location, phone, notification email, and a short description ready. Decide whether services take place at the business, at the customer, or both.
The public short name forms part of the business's AACore Booking page address. Choose an understandable name and use the availability checks shown; entering a preferred name does not guarantee it is available.
Register and verify
- Open business registration and enter the business details requested by the current form.
- Continue to the owner's name, email, password, and other required account details.
- Read the business account agreement before accepting it and selecting Create Business Account.
- Open the verification email and select Verify Email.
- Sign in and open Business Dashboard.
Keep passwords and verification links private. If the email is missing, check the entered address and spam folder before starting another registration.
Turn the account into a useful customer website
- Services: create categories and a few clear services with correct prices, durations, and descriptions.
- Business Profile: review the business introduction, public URL, contact information, contact form, and social links.
- Business Hours: set timezone, daily hours, and Closed days.
- Branding Studio: add a logo, choose the appearance, and add an appropriate image gallery.
- Policies & Messages: explain cancellation rules and practical appointment instructions.
- Online Payments: complete Stripe setup if the business will use applicable online payment and deposit features.
Showcase the result before sharing it
Open Preview or My Website. Check the logo, gallery, services, hours, and contact options on desktop and phone. A small amount of thoughtful setup can produce a clean website where customers understand the services and can begin booking.
