How AACore Booking connects your website, booking, invoices, and payments

By AACore Team

A service business needs more than a calendar. Customers need to understand what you offer, choose the right service, find an available time, and know what happens next. The business needs the same appointment connected to the customer record, service details, communication, invoice, and payment status.

AACore Booking brings those steps into one web-based platform for freelancers, independent professionals, and small service businesses. The goal is practical: give a business a professional place to present its services and a connected workflow for the work that follows.

Start with a public business page

Each business can prepare a public AACore Booking page with its business information, services, hours, photos, contact options, and booking entry point. The page uses a shareable AACore Booking URL based on the business short name.

A solo professional can begin with one service and a simple schedule. A growing business can add categories, more services, professionals, availability, policies, and customer-facing messages as needed.

Give customers a guided booking path

Customers can browse services, select one or more services, review their cart, choose a professional when the business has a team, select an available date and time, review the appointment, and accept the business cancellation policy before completing the booking.

For on-site work, the booking setup can collect the service address and relevant notes. For work that cannot be priced accurately in advance, a quote-request workflow can collect details before the business sends an offer.

Keep the business side connected

After a customer books, the appointment is available in the business workspace. The business can manage services, schedules, customers, appointments, quote requests, invoices, and notifications without rebuilding the same context in an unrelated system.

This connection matters for everyday work. A customer question can be reviewed with the appointment. An invoice can be tied to the customer and service details. Paid and unpaid invoice status can be tracked from the same platform.

Create invoices and collect card payments

A business can create an invoice, select predefined services or add a custom line item, include a customer-facing note, keep a separate internal note, and send the invoice. Customers can review invoice details and a PDF copy before paying.

When a business enables online payments, card payments are processed through its connected Stripe setup. AACore Booking does not store customer card numbers in the application. After payment, the customer receives a receipt and the business receives a payment notification.

Built for different service models

AACore Booking can support in-store businesses, on-site providers, or businesses that offer both. That makes it useful for beauty and wellness providers, cleaners, lawn-care businesses, tutors, consultants, babysitters, mobile professionals, small teams, and other appointment-driven or quote-driven services.

Start with the next useful step

You do not need to configure every possible option before you begin. Prepare your business information, add the services you are ready to offer, set honest availability, review your policies, and test the customer booking path. Expand the setup as real customer needs become clearer.
