Set up Stripe online payments for your AACore Booking business

AACore Booking connects online payment setup to Stripe. Begin in your Business Dashboard, complete Stripe's requirements in its separate setup page, and return to check the resulting status.

This tutorial follows the setup from AACore Booking into Stripe onboarding and back to the Online Payments connection status. Financial setup happens directly with Stripe; AACore Booking does not store your bank or card details.
Start from Online Payments
- Open Business Dashboard > Site Configuration > Online Payments.
- Select Set Up Payments with Stripe. This opens Stripe onboarding separately.
- Complete the business, representative, verification, and payout information Stripe requests for your account.
- Review the information and applicable agreements directly in Stripe before submitting.
- Return to AACore Booking and select Refresh status.
Stripe's requirements vary by business and location. Use the fields and instructions in your current Stripe setup. Enter bank, identity, and other sensitive verification details only in the appropriate secure Stripe flow, not in a support chat.
Check more than whether the page opened
The AACore Booking payment section can show statuses such as Stripe account connected, Charges enabled, Payouts enabled, and Details submitted. Read the actual result and resolve any outstanding Stripe requirements. Opening onboarding is not the same as completing it.
A connected account may offer Go to my Stripe account. Use Stripe's own account information for any remaining verification or payout questions.
How this affects deposits
Deposit controls are disabled until online payments are set up through Stripe. Once the required setup is complete, return to Policies & Messages to review the deposit amount and payment-window settings offered for standard bookings.
Quote-created appointments have a separate deposit workflow. Follow their offer and appointment instructions rather than assuming the standard-booking timeout applies.
Where financial information is handled
Bank, payout, and card details are entered and handled through Stripe rather than stored by AACore Booking. AACore Booking still keeps the related booking or invoice records and payment status needed for the service workflow. These are different kinds of information.
Sandbox and live setup are different
The recorded setup demonstration used Stripe Sandbox. A successful test setup or test payment does not prove that a live account is activated or that real money was collected. Use test options only in an explicitly identified test environment, and check your actual account status for live use.
After setup, read creating and managing invoices and deposit and policy settings. Those workflows build on the payment connection; they do not replace Stripe onboarding.
